Cancellation Policy:
In an effort to maintain quality care and honor the time of both patient and practitioner, the following policies are upheld:
24 hour Advance Notice Required:
Notice of cancellation must be given 24 hours in advance to allow the availability to be offered to another patient. If 24 hour notice is not given, the patient is responsible for 50% of the cost of service at the time of cancellation. This also applies to missed appointments.
